The Rancho Valencia Resort and Bob Spiers have shared a business relationship for more than 16 years, and most recently, worked together to relocate the Resort's small existing laundry to a larger site on-property. Sparklean transformed an existing three-car garage into a new on-premise laundry complete with four Continental washer-extractors and drying tumblers, a Continental flatwork ironer, a Hamilton water heater and softener system, and a Clean Cycle lint filter. Thanks to the new laundry, the Resort has significantly cut labor costs and turns out beautifully finished linens.

Sparklean has worked with Regency Park Senior Living to build, upgrade and redesign on-premise laundries at four facilities - a retirement facility and three assisted and skilled nursing facilities in Southern California. In doing so, Sparklean worked closely with architects to ensure the laundries met Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development requirements in California.

Totally Kids Specialty Healthcare, Sun Valley, CA
Totally Kids Specialty Healthcare, cares for children who are technically dependent and require continual monitoring and nursing care. The facility called on Sparklean to help plan, organize and equip a new laundry facility to handle a growing influx of towels, bed pads, linens, comforters and personal items. Sparklean worked closely with the general contractor to design the laundry according to the facility's needs, and installed two 30-pound capacity Continental Pro-Series Washer-Extractors and two Continental 75-85-pound capacity drying tumblers.
